What assistant do you recommend?
The recommended assistant depends on your use case. Please refer to the "Which assistant is recommended?" section in Use Cases.
How long is chat history retained?
Chat history is retained for 30 days after the chat is started.
Are there file attachment limitations?
Yes, the accepted file types and sizes vary depending on the assistant. For details, please refer to File Attachment.
What is a system prompt?
A system prompt is a prompting technique that defines the context for the conversation between a user and the AI. It is used to more easily elicit the expected responses from the AI.
Are user templates and system templates added in personal settings shared with other users?
No, user templates and system templates added in personal settings are not shared with other users. Templates added in personal settings are displayed only to you under the "Custom" category when you click the template button.
Are there any notes about prompt templates added in personal settings?
User-added prompt templates are stored in the browser's local storage. Therefore, clearing the browser cache will also delete your added templates. As a temporary measure, please use the personal settings backup feature. In future updates, we are considering changing the storage location for prompt templates to a database.
When using Nova series models, PDF input sometimes causes hallucinations
We have confirmed that hallucinations can occur with PDF input when using Nova series models. This is due to AWS-level specifications. Please wait for improvements.
How is AI-Starter different from other services?

Is custom customization possible?
As AI-Starter is provided as a package, only the included features are available. Feature additions will be considered in future updates based on feedback from existing customers. For the near-term roadmap, please refer to the Roadmap.
