Account
You can manage various settings from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and from personal settings.
Account Menu
Click your username at the bottom of the sidebar to display the account menu.

| Email Address | Displays the email address of the currently logged-in account. |
| Theme | Select the display theme from Light / Dark / System. |
| Language | Select the display language from Japanese / English. |
| Personal Settings | Opens the personal settings page. |
| Logout | Logs out of AI-Starter. |
Personal Settings
Click Personal Settings in the account menu to open the personal settings page. Prompt templates are stored in a server-side database, so they are preserved across browser cache clears and across different devices and browsers.
Registered templates are subject to the following limits.

User Template Management
Manage message templates that can be used when entering chat messages.
- Click the + button and enter the template name and content.
- Unwanted templates can be deleted with the − button.
- Click the Update Templates button to save.
Saved templates appear under the Custom category in the template list on the chat screen.
System Template Management
Manage system prompt templates that can be used when starting a chat. The operation is the same as user templates.
External Service Integration
You can connect your account to external services configured by administrators. Once connected, the relevant assistants can access data and tools from those external services.
- Open Personal Settings from the account menu
- Select External Service Integration from the left menu
- Click Connect for the service you want to link
- Approve access on the external service's authorization screen to return to AI-Starter and complete the connection
Connected services are shown as Connected. You can disconnect using the Disconnect button.
Complete external service integration before using assistants that require it. If you try to use a relevant tool without connecting first, chat displays a message prompting you to complete the integration.
Logout
Click Logout in the account menu to log out of AI-Starter.
