History ​

Chat conversation history is automatically saved, and you can view and resume past conversations from the sidebar.

Viewing History ​

Past chats are listed in the History section of the sidebar in reverse chronological order. Click a chat title to view its content or resume the conversation.

If the sidebar is collapsed, hover over the history icon to display the list.

Editing Titles ​

  1. Hover over a history item and click the three-dot menu (⋮).
  2. Select Edit Title.
  3. Enter a new title and save.

Note

Titles can be up to 20 characters.

Deleting Chats ​

  1. Hover over a history item and click the three-dot menu (⋮).
  2. Select Delete.
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear — click Delete to confirm.

Caution

Deleted chats cannot be restored.

Retention Period ​

By default, chat history is retained for 30 days from when the chat was started. It is automatically deleted after 30 days. The retention period may be changed by the administrator.

If you want to keep important conversations, use the Copy All or PDF Download features from the save function on the chat screen. For details, see Chat.
