Settings
A list of fields available when creating or editing an assistant.
| Field | Description |

| Display Name | The assistant name shown to users (required) |
| Model | The AI model to use (required) |
| Platform | The AI model platform (aws / openai / azure / gcp) |
| Description (Public) | A description shown to users |
| Description (Internal) | Notes for administrators. Not shown to users |
| Enabled | Whether to make the assistant available to users |
| Use Case Icon | The assistant's icon |
| Sort Order | Display order. Lower values appear first |
| Conversation Style (Temperature) | Controls the creativity of AI responses (0–1). Higher values produce more creative responses |
| Exchange Limit | Maximum number of exchanges per conversation (default: 100) |
| Prompt ID | Links a prompt template for use cases. When set, the assistant becomes a use case assistant |
| Grounding | Options for connecting external knowledge sources |
| Platform Metadata | Platform-specific configuration options |
| Accessible Groups | Restricts which groups can access the assistant. If not set, all users can access it. Administrators always have access |
